At Ethni London Limited, we aim to deliver high-quality products and ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Returns Policy
We do not offer general returns for change of mind.
This is due to:
- Hygiene considerations
- Nature of garments
- Small-batch / limited inventory
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- Exchange is subject to stock availability
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Important: For any exchange request, an unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof. Requests without an opening video may not be eligible for exchange.
4. Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof
- Opening/unboxing video is mandatory for all damaged or incorrect item claims
We will:
- Offer a replacement, OR
- Issue a refund (if replacement is unavailable)
5. Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for:
- Slight colour differences (screen vs actual product)
- Minor embroidery / handcrafted variations
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Worn, used, washed, or altered items
- Claims raised without an opening video
6. Refunds
Refunds are only issued for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrect items sent
If approved:
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 working days (may vary depending on bank processing times)
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Ethni London Limited is not responsible for:
- Fit preferences
- Personal styling expectations
- Minor handcrafted variations
